Free Thanksgiving coloring pages for kids

Try a simple activity together

Color a bright autumn morning at the orchard, then choose your favorite autumn colors for leaves in the breeze. Talk about the colors and shapes you notice outdoors.

1. Prepare a place to color

   Print a page for each child who wants to join in and set out crayons or pencils. A separate coloring area can give the activity room of its own.

2. Choose harvest colors—or new ones

   Invite your child to choose colors they associate with the season. Imaginary colors work too; the aim is to make the scene their own.

3. Share one thankful idea

   Ask about one person, place, or everyday thing your child appreciates. They can draw it on spare paper or tell you about it while they color.

A younger child may like a grown-up to read the prompts. Follow their interest and stop when they are ready; the pages do not need to be finished in one sitting.

How to print these pages

Print at actual size on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Black-and-white pages ready to color.

Open the downloaded PDF in your usual PDF reader. Select the pages you want and check the print preview before printing. If your printer clips an edge, use its fit-to-printable-area setting.
